An outdoor walk or festival has different requirements, however we start as we always do with every client – clarifying the purpose, vision and goals. Large events call for thinking on a large scale. From planning your ancillary events, such as a kick-off breakfast or lunch for 200, to the main event for thousands, we are ready to assist.

This usually includes designing the event space with places for booths, food and beverage service, a main stage, plus the required portable toilets, dumpsters, recycling and more.
